The Sustainable Agriculture Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Agreso's sustainable agriculture products and solutions. You will be the bridge between the company and the market, helping to raise awareness of the importance of sustainable agriculture and promote the development of environmentally friendly agricultural products.
We operate in both channels; B2B and B2C (developing regenerative agriculture brands). Therefore, we require you to have the ability to work comprehensively.

Main responsibilities
- Market research:
Analyze the market and consumer trends to identify new opportunities for sustainable agricultural products.
- Marketing strategy:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote product sales.
- Communications Content:
Develop advertising content, articles, and communication materials to introduce Agreso products and solutions.
- Campaign Management:

- Performance Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management on the results achieved.
- Collaboration with departments:
Work closely with production and business development departments to ensure the feasibility and quality of products.

1. Education:
University graduate in economics: GPA minimum 3.2, IELTS minimum 8.0 (in case of close proximity, or equivalent, information can be sent in CV)
2. Experience:
Fresh graduate or at least 3-5 years of experience in the field of brand building marketing + integrated marketing.
3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze the market and make strategic plans.
- Creative thinking and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in office tools and project management software.

4. Passion:
Passionate about sustainable agriculture and community development.
