- Researching, providing advice to customers related to the company's Logistics services such as: Air freight rate, Sea freight (LCL/FLC), Inland Haulage Charge, Customs declaration agency services, warehouse rental services,...
- Reporting work results periodically or unexpectedly.
- Drafting service offers for new customers, participating in negotiations, making service contracts and monitoring the contract implementation process.
- Building strong relationships with potential customers, maintaining good customer relationships.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Having good situational skills, time management and effective conflict resolution.
- Ability to be sensitive, dynamic, creative and confident in work. Well adapted in a volatile and high pressure working environment.
- Priority: Have good knowledge of English and Chinese in communication, read and write well. IELTS: 5.5 or equivalent English Certificates. Knowing how to use FAST PRO.
- Having at least 01 years of experience in the relevant fields.
- University graduate or higher related to majors in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related industries.
- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
