**About Company**
- Receive, analyze, and clarify requirements from Japanese clients.
- Write and manage specification documents (specs), including basic and detailed designs.
- Communicate and explain documents to the development team, coordinate issue resolution.
- Execute product testing based on prepared test cases.
- Propose improvements and new features from a user-centered perspective.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with both Japanese clients and the internal Vietnam team.

**Requirements**:
**Core Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience in positions such as BrSE, Communicator, PO, BA, or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding design and specification documents.
- Capable of effectively communicating technical details to developers.

**Certifications & Education**
- No specific degree required, but certifications related to testing or product management are a plus.

**Language Requirement**
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher (mandatory)

**Other Requirements**
- Strong logical thinking and problem analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Startup mindset: proactive, responsible, and eager to take on challenges.
- Preferred: experience in app/web testing or programming knowledge.

**Salary**

Up to 2,000 USD gross (negotiable)
