(Hanoi) Very Urgent Head of Administration

**Mô tả**:

- Currently, the company is searching for a talent that is willing to perform HR and General Affairs manager level works, basic level accounting tasks, and English
- Vietnamese interpretation, under dynamic environment of a global startup. The overview of the mission/tasks are (percentages are the planned allocation of time)- HR and General Affairs (40%):

- Plan and execute initiatives for talent evaluation, teambuilding, internal control management, etc.
- Manage staff(s)
- Accounting (40%):

- Execute regular accounting tasks, which includes VAT invoice registration, billing invoice creation, payroll auto-calculation, payment processing, etc. Financial statements will be developed by an external accounting firm.
- Interpretation (20%):

- Enable communication between English speaking management members and local Vietnamese managers/staffs, at regular meetings and etc.

**Yêu cầu chung**:

- Must-haves:

- Approximately 8 years of work experiences or more
- Willing to enjoy complex situations under a still-underdeveloped environment
- Willing to discuss and listen to others, for constructive discussions
- Can communicate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders
- Possess experience as a team leader
- Understand the basics of corporate tasks (HR, GA, Legal, and accounting)
- Can speak, listen, read, and write English and Vietnamese (Business level)

Nice-to-haves:

- Knowledgeable in accounting tasks
- Understanding the best practices for back offices (however, flexibility to reframe it to have it fit into the company is a must-have)
