Based in Hanoi and onsite in assigned factories

**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement service plans for the existing customer base.
- Collaborate closely with current and potential customers, assisting the sales team in understanding business needs. Recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans to sustain and boost sales.
- Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving challenges, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Engage in systematic problem-solving through system analysis, data interpretation, and offering written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
- Actively introduce company innovations and technologies to assigned customers, fostering long-term business relationships.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Hold a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environment, Mining, Biology, etc.).
- Possess 2-5 years of successful technical service or utility operation experience in the water treatment or specialty chemical industry. Familiarity with UFD, PFD, PID drawings is advantageous.
- Have a working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, RO, DI, and wastewater treatment systems. Experience in mining is preferred.
- Demonstrate computer literacy in Ms. Office.
- Be a self-starter with strong initiative, capable of working effectively under demanding work and travel schedules with mínimal guidance.
- Exhibit high levels of affiliation, autonomy, work ethic, and drive.
- Display strong learning agility and accountability.
- Possess high levels of self-awareness and a capacity for intelligent risk-taking.
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and tactically as needed.
