- Perform web or mobile app legacy system development, update, and support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation linked with the solution developed.
- Share and assist colleagues with the conception, development, and platform functionality.
- Suggest any improvements linked to security, performance, and the raising of the existing environments.
- Advising relevant Managers in technical aspects/solutions implemented in any projects.
- Overseeing and having good expertise of all productions from a technical viewpoint; defining, and advising technical process, standards, methods, and organization... to constantly improve productivity, reduce overtime and optimize work.
- Actively conducting research and development activities, as well as pushing such activities among teams, to be able to cope with technological progress and new production challenges.
- Take part in the development of games using Unity Engine or Cocos creator engine.
- Program, debug and optimize codes to implement the gameplay ideas into the game prototype, and polish the prototype to be ready for publishing.
- Actively detect issues on the programming side, take initiative and propose solutions to prevent and solve those issues.
- Weekly report to top managers / co-managers for relevant topics.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Your Skills and Experience

Must-have skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of working experience in game development
- Hands-on experience with Unity3D.
- Good knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, preferably C#
- Good knowledge of gameplay programming
- Experience in delivering mobile games for Android / iOS
- Product-mindset in games development
- Ability to work with new APIs and concepts

Nice-to-have skills:

- Experience in working on a mobile strategy game is considered a big plus
- Understanding of Graphic Development, Shader, and Rendering pipeline is a plus.
- Experience in optimizing Unity games.
- Experience in Spine Animation is an advantage.
- Research and Development Skills.
- Knowledge about programming, game engine
- Time management
- Troubleshooting skills, strong logical thinking, solve problems creatively and effectively
- Leadership/ ownership
- Able to work on projects that might involve a lot of changes
- Used to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
