**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare recurring reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.
- Continuously improve existing reports by optimizing structures, formulas, and data flows.
- Design and implement new reports based on business needs or management requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with management and different teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation for reporting processes and methodologies.
- Proactively propose improvements to reporting workflows and data sources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in reporting, business analysis, or data management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, and ideally VBA or Power Query knowledge).
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility for data accuracy.
- Fluency in English.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines with discipline and structure.
- Familiarity with other reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
