+ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Tìm kiếm, xây dựng và phát triển mạng lưới người dùng ví điện tử ECO thông qua các đối tác có sẵn và đối tác mới. Tham gia phát triển thị trường, xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh.
- Đề xuất các sáng kiến mới để thu hút người dùng và chuyển đổi khách hàng tiềm năng cũng như thử nghiệm các phương pháp tiếp cận mới để nắm bắt nhu cầu hiện có.
- Chăm sóc, duy trì, phát triển mối quan hệ khách hàng mới và có sẵn trên ứng dụng Công ty.
- Theo dõi, phân tích các chỉ số liên quan đến tỷ lệ user acquisition, đánh giá và đưa ra đề xuất.
- Theo dõi các kênh, chương trình phát triển khách hàng của đối thủ trực tiếp, gián tiếp, các xu hướng trên thị trường để có đề xuất, điều chỉnh kịp thời.
- Làm việc với các phòng ban: Phát triển Sản phẩm, Kinh doanh, Đối tác, v.v. để thực hiện các chiến dịch tăng trưởng nhằm tăng thị phần và đạt được mức tăng trưởng vượt bậc cho ứng dụng
- Báo cáo tiến độ và hiệu quả dự án cũng như thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Giám Đốc và Ban Lãnh Đạo.

+ YÊU CẦU:

- Nam, nữ tuổi 22 trở lên;
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên;
- 3 năm kinh nghiệm về BD, Sale B2B, B2C trở lên;
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các Công ty về ví điện tử, App, FMCG, các chợ online, mạng xã hội,...
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về User Acquisition, Trade Maketing;
- Giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống tốt;
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.

+ QUYỀN LỢI:

- Lương cơ bản thỏa thuận từ 15 - 40 + phụ cấp + KPI;
- Lương tháng 13, review lương, quà tết, sinh nhật, 8/3, 20/10,...

- Du lịch, hoạt động team building, tất niên,...
- Môi trường làm việc thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp
Thời gian làm việc: 8h - 17h, nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng, làm từ thứ 2 đến sáng thứ 7.
