**MAIN PURPOSE**

Provide full Human Resources Services to the Richemont Brands and Back Offices in Vietnam

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Employee Relations/ Proximity
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- Ensure staff engagement and proximity
- To manage and organise company’s CSR activities. This includes Health and Safety projects or requirements
- Manage and trouble shoots any peoples issues to ensure company reputation and compliance.
- Manage ER and Compliance people issues
- Compensation and Benefits
- Be very close partner with COE Central on updating and reflecting market intelligence
- Work closely with Brands to support incentives review.
- To be in charge of payroll processing for Vietnam (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments) and taxation
- Ensure timely submission and payment of Social benefits
- Ensure compensation and personal data is uploaded to SAP accurately and promptly
- Prepare monthly Headcount report
- To compile all data needed for salary survey, the Annual Salary Review, and the Annual Performance Appraisal Analysis
- To monitor and work with the Human Resources Manager (Budgeting and Controlling) to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
- To provide information to Expatriate staffs regarding C&B (Tax clearance; Social Benefits)
- HRIS/ On and Off boarding
- To maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System (SAP)
- To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
- To organise locally and produce SAP Group HR reporting
- Ensure all the HRIS, On/Off Boarding Process and compliance to company policy
