**Job description**:
Chúng tôi tìm kiếm một **Developer có tư duy hệ thống (DevOps mindset)**, am hiểu **Python** và có khả năng **thiết kế - mã hóa - tự động hóa** toàn bộ quy trình nghiên cứu và triển khai mô hình (research production):

- Phát triển và module hóa các quy trình trong hệ thống research và tạo alpha, đảm bảo tính tự động, có thể tái sử dụng và bảo mật.
- Xây dựng và duy trì các service nội bộ phục vụ đội ngũ researcher (workflow orchestration, data management, model deployment ).
- Tối ưu hạ tầng giao dịch nhằm đảm bảo hiệu suất và độ tin cậy và hỗ trợ quản lý, vận hành và tối ưu cơ sở dữ liệu (SQL/NoSQL).
- Phát triển các công cụ và API (Python, FastAPI, Flask, CLI tool ) giúp tự động hóa và chuẩn hóa công việc trong hệ thống.
- Tích hợp các pipeline ML/trading với hạ tầng compute (local HPC cluster, container, Ray, Slurm ).
- Giám sát, bảo mật các module trên hạ tầng production.
- Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc tổng thể cho hệ thống nghiên cứu định lượng và trading backend.

**Your skills and experience**:
** Bắt buộc**
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với **Linux systems**, hiểu biết về các công cụ DevOps cơ bản (Docker, Git, CI/CD).
- Thành thạo Python, hiểu rõ về cấu trúc module, package, dependency, logging, config management.
- Kiến thức cơ bản về **database** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB hoặc tương tự).
- Hiểu biết về **networking, distributed systems**.
- Tư duy logic, khả năng viết code sạch, dễ mở rộng và tái sử dụng.
- Yêu thích và sẵn sàng ứng cứu và làm các công việc liên quan đến **phần cứng, server, thiết bị**.
- Có ít nhất một năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển, quản trị hệ thống.

** Ưu tiên**
- Có kinh nghiệm với **big data frameworks** (Spark, Hadoop ).
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai **CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Ray)**.
- Kinh nghiệm trong thiết lập bảo mật hệ thống, ứng dụng, quản lý secret/token, phân quyền truy cập.
- Kỹ năng scripting để tự động hóa và mã hóa hạ tầng.
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai hệ thống tự động hóa workflow (Airflow, Prefect, hoặc tương đương).
- Kỹ năng DevOps tốt (monitoring, logging, infrastructure as code).
- Kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm liên quan đến **machine learning / trading system** là một lợi thế lớn.
