- Develop creative brand assets (20%): Design videos, posters, banners, standees, and other materials for marketing campaigns.
- Create designs for multiple channels (70%): Produce high-quality visuals for both online and offline platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with teams (5%): Work closely with other departments to develop visual concepts based on project needs.
- Support B2B product design (5%): Assist in creating graphics for internal products like the Bus Management System and Agent Management System when needed.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, or similar design/video editing tools.
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio in graphic design or motion video.
- Good understanding of design, color theory, and layout principles.
- Creative, proactive, and a strong team player. Working time:
- 30 hours/week (15 days/month).
