**Key Responsibilities**
- Train and coach promoters at retail outlets on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily promoter activities to align with sales strategies and brand objectives.
- Evaluate performance of individual promoters and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Monitor retail execution including stock availability, purchase orders (PO), and product display standards at all touchpoints.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new promoters according to business needs and regional requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, promoter effectiveness, and KPIs to management.
- Support internal campaigns, sales pushes, and any other ad hoc operational tasks from management.
- Travel between stores as needed to maintain direct oversight and support across outlets.

- Working day: 5 days per week in which Saturday and Sunday are fixed working days; 2 off days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Work location: Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCMC

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- At least 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, field sales supervision, or promoter management (FMCG or personal care background preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring frontline staff.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Highly mobile — willing to travel frequently to retail locations.
- Energetic, solution-focused, and results-driven.
