**MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement preventive maintenance jobs, periodically check machine & equipment in production line and record to machine history if there is any change
- Troubleshooting machine & equipment and record to machine history if there is any change. Ensure all machine, equipment are in good condition
- Daily supervise activities of machine,equipment and system, timely detect and handle issues related to machine & equipment as soon as posible
- Support superior to prepare reports for maintenance plan, improvement plan, breakdown analysis and make countermeasure plan
- Installing production line and do machine & equipment improvements to meet the highest safety and efficiency
- Control spare part inventory and plan to make purchasing request to meet repair job timely and preventive maintenance job
- Other duties assigned by superior

Report to**:Assistant Manager**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**1. Education**:Associate's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

**2. Computer Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with PLC software.

**3. Language Skills**:

- Proficient in English (writing, reading, listening, and speaking).
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.

**4. Other Skills**:

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong reporting and logical thinking abilities.

**5. Experience**:1-2 years of experience in a maintenance role.

**6. Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
- Honest, hardworking, and highly responsible.
- Eager to learn and adapt.
