1. PROCUREMENT WORKFLOW
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the specification and requirement to build up the sourcing strategy for indirect items and services (especially ATL services)
- Understand business needs & engage with stakeholders to meet their priorities, ensure compliance with Procurement procedure and best practice
- Manage the entire project from sourcing, pitching, cost negotiation, PO/Contract, system posting and checking documents for Liquidation

2. COST MANAGEMENT
- Conduct the pitch as policy
- Cost optimization with the analysis, negotiation and benchmark to ensure the competitive Total Cost of Ownership with standard quality and timeline
- Build up the standard price for routine items

3. VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Proceed to source new vendor following the requirements and policy
- Conduct proper training to vendors about Procurement workflow
- Handle to evaluate Vendor Performance annually

4. SUPPORT OTHER AH-HOC TASK REQUIRED BY LINE-MANGER

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree
- English communication in business level
- System savvy (SAP/Others) and proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
- At least 4-5 year of experience in big company as the same role
- Have a strong knowledge and experience about Procurement for indirect goods/services
- Procurement, market and supply knowledge
- System savvy (SAP/Others) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Knowledge about marketing services is preferred
- Integrity, Compliance and Responsibility is the key requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed, analytical and resourceful with strong problem resolution skills
- Hard-working, independent, supportive and teamwork
- Strong customer service minded for both internal and external customers
