Software QA Engineer/QA Analyst

We are looking for a **Software QA Engineer/QA Analyst** to help establish and lead quality assurance processes within our organization.

Our company builds a highly customizable event registration and management platform, and we are modernizing our workflows with **agile methodologies** and cutting-edge tools.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a QA role in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This is a **fully remote position**, working **U.S. business hours (EST)**, specifically **7 PM to 3 AM ICT (Vietnam time)**. Start and end times are flexible and can adjust around meeting schedules. Flexibility is also required during release periods to ensure smooth deployments and system stability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement QA processes tailored to **agile and scrum workflows**.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify and document bugs, and work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Collaborate effectively in a **remote team environment** using **Slack**, **JIRA**, and other communication tools.
- Use tools like **SonarQube**, **Jenkins**, and **Bitbucket** to integrate QA practices into the development pipeline.
- Continuously improve QA workflows, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, stable, and maintainable software.

**Required Skills**:

- **3+ years** of experience in QA engineering, software testing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of **agile/scrum methodologies** and experience in a collaborative development environment.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing with tools like **Selenium** or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with:

- **JIRA** for task and defect management.
- **SonarQube** for code quality analysis.
- **Jenkins** for CI/CD pipelines.
- **Bitbucket** or similar Git-based repositories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional **communication and documentation skills** to support remote collaboration.
- TOEIC or IELTS certification is a plus
