**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Create and implement HR dashboards, analytics, and human capital metrics while ensuring that both routine and ad-hoc reporting.
- Develop tailored reports that include source data and insights on key trends impacting the organization.
- Establish and maintain a single master data source for each HR process.
- Identify problems with the current database and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide data support to HR teams while ensuring compliance with data privacy and data confidentiality regulations
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategies to manage and mitigate operational risks associated with HR by collecting and analyzing data from both internal and external sources, observing processes, and producing reports that detail findings and proposed solutions.
- Daily manage and update data on HR internal systems.
- Troubleshoot issues within the existing database and provide appropriate solutions.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Be responsible, detail oriented and multitasking
- Ensuring the protection of sensitive information and maintaining the privacy of employee data.
- Be able to manage data via multi sources, systems and internal sheets
- Proven experience in HR analytics, data management, and employee management system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to convey important information clearly and effectively (both in English & Vietnamese).
- Proficient in analyzing and reconciling data from various sources and presenting it in an easy-to-understand format.
- Facilitate the progress and close out of detects resulting testing, by coordinating with multiple teams.
- Be able to synthesize information for various reporting purposes.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, conflict-resolution and strategic-thinking skills.
