PURPOSE:

- The role is to support the strategic initiative projects under Partnership Distribution, Digital Bancassurance, coordinate with internal & external partners through project setting up and execution and daily monitor on-going business of digital bancassurance
- This person is also driving cultural engagement activities among the company salesforce those involved in Offline to Online Sales model

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Prepare and design creative contents and materials for salesforce training continuous re-enforce sales understanding of Offline to Online sales process and product
- Manage and create contents for online communication, community channels with Salesforce to boost cultural engagement
- Monitor on-going Offline to Online sales contests activities, daily reports, memo, system and outcome, also following up with all relevant parties, including Salesforce, Bank partners, New Business Model and Banca Contest and Compensation for any issues raises, to ensure relevant parties getting involved and issues is promptly solved.
- Develop relationships with relevant working teams from bank partners and internal parties to create smooth channels for communicating in any business requirement
- Coordinate, prepare logistics, facilities and presentation design for meetings and workshops with bank partners
- Understand digital user journey of company’s product and also bank partners’ product and service, up to date
- Follow up, monitor and support UI/UX and marketing technology changes and enhancements (from both bank partners and internal) to achieve performance goals
- Follow up with project tasks and work with task owners to complete as planned
- Watch and conduct market and relevant digital trends research
- Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- B.A Degree
- 3-5 years working experience in digital banking or insurtech industry
- Strong background in performance marketing (digital acquisition) or customer experience
- Language proficiency in English
- Google Analytics experience is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications and capable on graphic design
- Project management
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capability to perform interpersonal skill
- A natural preference for working collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Visual storyteller
- Innovative - able to employ new ways of thinking to generate different solutions
