We’re seeking an experienced and talented Senior Platform QA to join our Tiki, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance of Department/Stakeholders through testing, reminders and guidance with Tiki‘s regulations. This role is also responsible for Building and proposing new processes, procedures for new business development projects (E-commerce)

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the business requirements
- Conduct the frequent audits, ensure that the function operates in accordance with the policy/process. Prepare & present reports that reflect audits’ findings & recommendations
- Identify loopholes & recommend risk aversion measurement and cost savings of process & policy.
- Document the audit results and follow audit corrective actions with Stakeholders
- Ensure internal compliance & follow the internal team until the loopholes have been improved
- Update qualified documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns. Liaise with internal Stakeholders on all matters relating to the procedure & system automation. Maintain and improve the processes & policies in line with business needs

- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations. Ecommerce Platform or other Platform 4.0 is preferred
- High attention to detail & excellence analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sharp policy risk analysis and internal control mindset
- Able to work with numerous stakeholders
- Systems thinking skill
