You will be expected to implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to support and build out pipelines for current and future hiring demands for locality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with business units in analyzing hiring request and adjust hiring plan to the changeable requirement.
- Coordinate recruitment issues, such as sourcing, resume filtering, interviewing, tracking hiring status, etc.
- Develop all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.
- Be the ambassador of Genpact with the university partners, maintain effective connections with universities to attract talents and build pipeline for internship, new collar, consulting hiring etc.
- Update data of recruitment system, resume & files management.
- Collect and analyze hiring data and do regular report to HR leader & Business units.
- Analyze local market and provide all information on same.
- Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies
- Design appropriate strategies and assess effective implementation of all plans according to procedures.

**Qualification we seek in you**
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Talent Acquisition / RPO capacity or recruitment agency background.
- Experience recruiting with volume hiring and hiring project planning is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good at work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- MNC background is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stakeholder management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
