**About the job**

BPCE International, the second-largest banking group in France, is the holding company responsible for overseeing Groupe BPCE’s equity interests in the international arena and French Pacific overseas territories.

Our client, BPCE Vietnam is looking for an IT project leader to manage, at the branch level, the version upgrade project (Version 11) of the software package bank Amplitude from Sopra Banking Software; animate the project and ensure the follow-up of the schedule and the budget, identify and support the changes brought about by the new version of the software package.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Organize project management.**
- Organize and structure the project.
- Set up, in conjunction with the stakeholders (local IT team, local management, Paris headquarters, editor) the organization of the project (planning, stakeholders, decision-making structures, human and financial resources, breakdown of project).
- Write the launch note.
- Manage the project's documentary base.

**2. Animate and follow the progress of the project.**
- Build monitoring dashboards and define KPIs.
- Follow the schedules / charges / budgets / actions / risks of the various sites.
- Propose, if necessary, arbitrations for prioritization of resources
- Report to the decision-making ranks of the company
- Create and manage structures projects (project committee, workshops, project teams)
- Organize and participate in the acceptance tests of the solutions delivered and in the acceptance phases in relation with all stakeholders (editor, IT, business lines)

**3. Coordinate change support work**
- Identify changes.
- Conduct work to support changes with related operational managers: training/communication plan/adaptation of procedures and operating guides/changes in controls.

**Qualifications**

**1. Know-how**
- Proficiency in professional English (Vietnamese is a plus)
- Good knowledge of IT project management
- Rigor and organization
- Very good analytical and synthesis skills
- Good writing and speaking skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews.
- Knowledge of the banking sector (products, risks, regulations, etc.)

**2. Abilities**
- Very good interpersonal skills, listening and adaptation skills.
- Good communication and persuasiveness
- Autonomy, availability
- Proactive and source of proposal
- Teamwork, cooperation, and result-oriented
- French is big plus
