**Job description**:

As a **Financial Business Controller**, you will be a key actor in ensuring strong financial management and performance. This role combines analytical responsibilities, people leadership, and a proactive role in improving financial operations.

**Your missions**:

- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of monthly P&L statements, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Oversee and improve the monthly closing process for your scope in collaboration with your team
- Identify financial risks and structural inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Drive alignment between Finance and other departments through process optimization
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and automation processes (Excel, Power BI, ERP)
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3-5 financial controllers
- Set priorities, facilitate team meetings, and monitor deliverables to achieve financial excellence
- Promote knowledge sharing and ensure all tools/processes are documented

**Your profile**:

- Academic background: Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
- Experience with financial controlling, accounting, or financial analysis (minimum 4 years)
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; ERP systems knowledge is a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Languages: English (fluent) & Vietnamese (Native); French or other languages are a plus
- You have strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen
- You are an effective communicator with the ability to lead and collaborate in international settings
- You are team-oriented, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
