(Mức lương: 15 - 20 triệu VNĐ)

**_ 1. Supplier Management and Development_**
- Identify, source, select, evaluate, and develop new suppliers both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and build long-term cooperation policies.

**_ 2. Purchasing Planning_**
- Develop purchasing plans aligned with production needs.
- Monitor and control purchasing costs; identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with the production planning and inventory departments to ensure accurate ordering plans.

**_ 3. Negotiation, Ordering, and Order Tracking_**
- Directly negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other relevant conditions with suppliers.
- Track the progress of purchase orders; handle delays, shortages, and order discrepancies.
- Manage the importation of goods and materials; establish standard operating procedures for purchasing activities.

**_ 4. Warehouse Management_**
- Oversee the management of all raw materials and goods in the warehouse.
- Prepare monthly reports on materials and inventory levels.

- **Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri**

**Saturday: The employee will work on Saturday since Jan - Jul and the employee will have Saturday off from Aug to Dec.**

- Graduated from College
- Chinese is at least HSK5 level.
- English: Conversation level (Can communicate basically and read documents well)
- Having at least 2 years experience as Purchasing staff.
- Having at least 1 year experience in fabric purchasing.
- Good at communication skill
- Good at Microsoft office skill.
- Age: 25 - 38
