MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work under the instruction of Reservation Supervisor
- Basis knowledge require to take hotel reservation
- Check all Reservation before arrivals make sure all information for the computer is input correctly.
- Pay special attention to all VIP & suite bookings.
- Familiar with room type and tariff as well as layout.
- Information on future room situation
- Knowledge of operating the computer
- Have full knowledge of different rate structures, contract agreements, corporate rates, size and location of rooms, VIP and discount policy.
- Have general knowledge of hotel and its facilities.
- Do all filling & general clerical jobs.
- Be aware of daily/weekly/monthly booking situation.
- Processes reservation by mail, telephone, fax or central reservation system
- Processes reservation from Sales office, other hotel department and travel agents
- Knowing selling status, rate and benefits of all package plans
- Prepare letter of confirmation
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk
- Co-ordinate with Reception regularly, particular during tight situation
- Follow up with daily logbook matters, trace.
- Processes cancellation and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk.
- Understand the hotel’s policy on guarantee reservation and no-show
- Processes advance deposit on reservation
- Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservation
- Prepare expected arrival lists for front office
- Maintains a clean and neat appearance at all times
- promotes good will by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, management and colleague

Other duties may be assigned by supervisor
QUYỀN LỢI ĐƯỢC HƯỞNG
- 2 months of probation with FULL salary and service charge
- Work 8hours/day, 1.5 day off/week (by morning & afternoon shift, following hotel operation)
- Monthly salary and bonus 13th month salary at year end
- Entitled service charge by the hotel AND monthly up-selling incentive
- Hotel pays full for employees PIT, Social - Medical - Unemployment insurance AND Personal Accident Insurance 24/24
- Duty meal in working day and uniform provided by the hotel
- Entitled annual summer outing trip, annual leave, annual health check and other benefits following hotel policy.
