**JOB OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customize and extend CMS features through module/plugin development and API integration.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and content teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Develop and optimize reusable components and templates for content authors.
- Implement personalization, content workflows, analytics, and A/B testing features.
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and accessibility compliance.
- Integrate with external systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, DAM, etc.).
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, demos).
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in web development using the Microsoft.NET stack.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with either:

- Sitefinity (Progress) - including MVC Widgets, Feather, Sitefinity APIs
- Sitecore (XP/XM) - including SXA, Helix/Habitat principles, Sitecore JSS/Headless (nice to have)

**Proficient in**
- C#, ASP.NET MVC,.NET Core/.NET 6+
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, React/Angular is a plus)
- REST APIs and JSON
- SQL Server or other relational databases
- Experience with CMS-specific features: multisite, localization, caching strategies, role-based content management.
- Solid understanding of deployment processes, versioning, and CMS upgrades.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS hosting for CMS platforms is a strong plus.

**CMS certifications**
- Progress Certified Sitefinity Developer
- Sitecore Certified Developer or Sitecore XP certification

**Experience with**
- Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Marketing automation tools and CMS personalization features
- Web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- SEO best practices and site performance tuning
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for CMS hosting
- Agile/Scrum team experience
