**Responsibilities**:
**_ Your key responsibilities:_**
- ** As an Explorer**: proactively immerse into life at KMS through learning & development activities, employee engagement events, and external branding programs (mainly as a supporter, sometimes as an audience) & get to know KMS people as well as its culture.
- ** As a Thinker**:brainstorm ideas for communications campaigns and branding series related to internal communications and employer branding.
- ** As a Connector**: collaborate with Design, Event and other related teams to deliver a complete artwork.
- ** As a Learner**: be ready to learn, unlearn and relearn both domain knowledge, marketing skills, and your thinking.
- ** As an Inspirer**: motivate your team and mentor with your inner flame for creativity and marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduate or 3rd/4th-year students, minimum part-time/ full-time 6-month internship.
- Great passion for Creativity & Marketing, with a growth-centric mind and logical thinking.
- Possess essential Marketing-Communications knowledge.
- Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude to make every piece of content a tiny but proudly-made success.
- Majoring in English, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, and related majors are preferred.
