General purpose of the position:

- Assist F&B Manager to manage Kitchen/ Coffee Shop/ VIP lounge & Life Style/ Vending machine

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for record & report credit revenue monthly
- Responsible for sending Purchase Request (PR) from Head Chef to Purchasing department daily.
- Daily inventory report in F&B store/ Cafeteria/ Coffee Shop/ Vending machine/ Life Style & VIP clinic.
- Responsible for issued plastic item/washing detergent, record and report data to FB manager monthly.
- Record & report issued items for kitchen/Cafeteria/Coffee Shop/VIP lounge & Life Style/Vending Machine weekly.
- Set up Food for events in Hospital.
- Responsible for all kitchen, canteen, coffee shop and vending machine equipment, daily cleaning and well maintained, must report quickly to F&B Manage/ Supervisor or directly to Facility for every defect equipment.
- Responsible for Food safety & DOH regulation’s implementation.
- Report to FB manager any incident in Kitchen/ Canteen/ Coffee Shop/ VIP lounge & Life Style/ Vending Machine. on time.
- Do replacement position if one staff is absent.
- Follow instruction from F&B manager.
- Must well know all HACCP standard policies and guidelines and make sure that lower level staff is aware of and also in practice.
- Must realized all extra tasks requested by the position.

- Qualification: Food Beverage Certificate
- Experience: 2 years in F&B Department
- Skills and knowledge: Excel, word computer,and Food & Beverage knowledge
- Foreign language(s): English
