A. QUẢN TRỊ VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN NGÀNH HÀNG CON VÀ SẢN PHẨM TRỰC THUỘC
1. Tìm hiểu xu hướng thị trường để tìm ra cơ hội cho sản phẩm mới của ngành hàng Mỹ thuật : các sản phẩm mới, công nghệ mới, xu thế mới, các biến chuyển trong nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, các chuyển biến đặc thù kênh bán hàng
2. Hỗ trợ Trưởng Ngành Hàng thiết lập và duy trì chiến lược Ngành hàng Mỹ Thuật ngắn hạn và dài hạn
3. Kiểm tra và theo dõi doanh thu, lãi gộp, ngân sách, phân phối của nhóm sản phẩm được giao
B. LẬP CHIẾN LƯỢC VÀ THỰC THI KẾ HOẠCH SẢN PHẨM MỚI TRỰC THUỘC
1.Chiến lược : Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong nhóm sản phẩm được giao về việc chuyển hoá chiến lược Ngành hàng sang các kế hoạch phát triển Sản phẩm mới hàng năm
2. Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan : R&D, QA, Trade, Sale để nghiên cứu phát triển sản phẩm mới và tối ưu sản phẩm hiện tại.
3. Quản lý các dự án của nhãn hàng để đảm bảo dự án thực hiện đầy đủ và theo đúng thời gian dự định.
4. Theo sát các dự án, cập nhật và kiểm tra kết quả thường xuyên và có thay đổi cần thiết & đúng lúc để nâng cao tính hiệu quả.
5. Chủ động tìm giải pháp và trao đổi với cấp trên trên tinh thần hướng đến kết quả khi dự án gặp khó khăn.
6. Hỗ trợ Trưởng Ngành Hàng cùng phối hợp với các bộ phận để thực hiện kế hoạch tung hàng.
7. Giám sát, kiểm soát và cải tiến sau khi tung hàng.
C. PHÁT TRIỂN CHUYÊN MÔN CÁ NHÂN VÀ ĐỘI NGŨ VỀ SẢN PHẨM
1. Thường xuyên học tập và phát triển kiến thức, năng lực về sản phẩm Mỹ thuật
2. Truyền thông nội bộ với các PB/ BP liên quan

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học về Tiếp thị, Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Từ 1 - 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Phó Quản Lý (Assistant Manager)
- Từng làm trong các công việc về Tiếp Thị Sản phẩm (Product Marketing), Phát triển sản phẩm mới (New Product Development, Innovation)
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, xử lý công việc độc lập, giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực cao
- Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp tình hình kinh doanh của công ty và thị trường
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Ưu tiên trong ngành hàng FMCG
- Có kinh nghiệm về các lĩnh vực Mỹ thuật là một lợi thế
