Lead a team of in Ho Chi Minh/ Hanoi to develop and execute the

country growth strategy and business plan aimed to meet the business volume,
revenue and margin targets, as derived from the global company wide business
growth plan
- Maintain and achieve/exceed country targets in the areas of clients and total volume of payments in each of our product lines
- Develop new SME acquisition opportunities with potential distribution channels

such mobile wallets, banks, and industry associations
- Develop new verticals and lines of business that unlock opportunities to work with

larger customers and enterprises in the country
- Lead local market SME direct selling initiatives, including lead generation, sales,

on-boarding, and relationship management
- Develop and implement the country marketing strategy, in coordination with the

regional and global marketing team - build company brand and market awareness
- Represent by managing and monitoring the brand activity within the country, and

by representing the company in the local market at events, in the local media, on
social networks, at exhibitions and events he/she organizes and more
- Align and sync local and regional activities with other organizational functions

(product, customer journey, revenue operations, FP&A etc.)
- Support any operational activities as may be required from time to time and in full

alignment with the company’s corporate functions
- Recruit and manage staff, and work with global teams to coordinate training,

measure performance, and maintain the local office culture. In the event of dotted
line reporting with departments outside the business team, work with the department
leaders to ensure an organized and well communicated workflow
- Act as the main point of contact for Vietnam in relationship with other company

business lines, if needed and at the discretion of the business line owners
- Perform as an excellent leader and collaborator within the executive team

- Flexibility to travel within the country and internationally as relevant

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Native-level Vietnamese and business-level English
- A Bachelor's degree in business or relevant
- Proven experience in sales and/or business development in one or more of the

following industries: payments, digital marketing/advertise-Commerce and/or
cross-border logistics or cross-border business
- Experience in growing business via channels and partnerships
- A proven track record in the areas of leadership and achievement
- Strong marketing and businesses development capabilities
- Stakeholder management experience
- Ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, listening, speaking and

reading)
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and

drive results

**Not a must but a great advantage**:

- MBA degree
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years experience managing a team
- Experience in the Consulting or Business/Market development a plus
- Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote

teams) an advantage
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools a plus

**Salary**: 200,000,000₫ - 300,000,000₫ per month
