**Job description**:

- Analyze the software requirements, and design requirements to determine the test requirements of the project
- Create test cases/specs template (test conditions, test scripts, actions, input data, and expected results) on ( Android / IOS ) / Web / PC, keep updating and following Project requirements
- Manage Quality of all Projects and report inspection and testing data to the Team and PMO.
- Review, accept or reject finished items of Products before each delivery time.
- Work with developers to analyze and find the root of bugs.
- Create, follow and upgrade the Quality Control Process.
- Follow and audit test teams that examine manufacturing processes and operational techniques. Education & training to develop people who can create reliable quality
- Management to maintain facility capacity and manage the process in a normal state at all times: Maintain facilities and tools that are related to quality control
- Verify the reliability of products and processes through inspections and guarantee quality
- Make improvements to prevent the recurrence of defects that have occurred (also called non-conformance in quality control) and to prevent defects from occurring Quality control
- Inspect the finished products, verifying that the products and processes are normal and guaranteeing quality
- Stop dispatching products that have quality issues
- Manage and keep the QC team stable. Create and keep updated member’s Roadmap. Follow the Company’s decisions and inform the team
**Your skills and experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area is **preferred**:
- More than 5 years of working experience in Quality Control
- Experience with Jira, working processes with Agile, Scrum
- Knowledge of QA and defect-tracking software (Bonus)
- Knowledge of making test cases/test procedures
- Experience Automation Test is bonus
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to train or coach team members about Testing skills.
- Personal skills: Teamwork, Willingness to learn, Proactive, Leadership
- Good English communication
