**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Vị trí này sẽ phụ trách xây dựng, phát triển và quản lý hệ thống báo cáo và cơ sở dữ liệu của toàn công ty.
- Xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống báo cáo thông minh (Business Intelligence) như Power BI, Data Warehouse
- Quản lý, cập nhật các dữ liệu & báo cáo quản trị, báo cáo kinh doanh, phân tích dữ liệu để tối ưu hóa hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.
- Tổng hợp và báo cáo hiệu quả theo Tuần/Tháng/Năm.
- Có thể phát triển các mô hình dạng bảng và đa chiều tương thích với các tiêu chuẩn về Datawarehouse.
- Phân tích hiện trạng nguồn dữ liệu phát sinh từ hệ thống Data Warehouse, kết hợp thu thập yêu cầu thông tin từ các bộ phận liên quan để đề ra phương pháp triển khai, khai thác dữ liệu phù hợp.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng với các phòng ban liên quan để xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống dữ liệu, báo cáo thông minh giúp nâng cao và cải thiện thời gian thao tác tay.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng, xử lý sự cố trong quá trình vận hành hệ thống hằng ngày.
- Trình bày báo cáo và phân tích cho các phòng ban để giúp họ hiểu rõ hơn về báo cáo đã tạo.
- Thu thập, phản hồi, ghi nhận và triển khai các yêu cầu về dữ liệu, báo cáo khi có sự thay đổi.
- Trích xuất các dữ liệu cần có (ví dụ doanh thu Bán hàng) và lập các báo cáo có liên quan.
- Quản lý, sao lưu và khôi phục cơ sở dữ liệu hàng ngày/tuần/tháng/năm tự động.
- Xây dựng và vận hành các hệ thống database khác khi có nhu cầu.
- Thiết kế giải pháp và tạo tài liệu kỹ thuật trong quá trình xây dựng báo cáo.
- Đào tạo nhân viên mới và hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm (phát triển, triển khai và bảo trì) về Datawarehouse.
- Có kinh nghiệm về kiến trúc, mô hình hóa và phát triển kho dữ liệu.
- Sử dụng thành thạo Power Query, có khả năng viết các câu lệnh SQL tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế và xây dựng mô hình dữ liệu có thể mở rộng, làm sạch và chuyển đổi dữ liệu.
- Có khả năng lập trình và quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như SQL, Oracle.. là một lợi thế.
- Có sử dụng được một trong các tool báo cáo Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Data Studio, Qlik
- Có khả năng phát triển sáng kiến mới (Công cụ báo cáo, kỹ thuật) để nâng cao năng lực và chuyên môn của nhóm là một lợi thế.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong doanh nghiệp thuộc khối bán lẻ là một lợi thế.
- Năng lực giao tiếp, năng lực giải quyết vấn đề.
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, khả năng thảo luận các yêu cầu một cách hiệu quả với với các nhóm phòng ban nội bộ.
