**Job Summary**:
The job requires the incumbent to provide the warehouse operations in Viet Nam and is responsible for developing the warehouse and logistics process, overseeing the day-to-day operational activities in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the handling of products, managing budgets, implementing strategies to optimize warehouse operations, and collaborating with the third parties and with stakeholders in Viet Nam country.

**Key & Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate with 3PL to develop SOP related to warehouse and Logistics process and comply with pharma law & GSP standards.
- Implement Internal/External audits/ Inspections, observation, and compliance.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of pharmaceutical products
- To train warehouse staff on SOPs and other statuary norms.
- Manage all activities from Inbound/ Inventory/ Outbound/internal activities in the warehouse including managing a team of warehouse workers.
- Perform transactions in Warehouse Management System and SAP system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper control and storage of goods, including adherence to temperature requirements and expiration dates.
- Ensure goods are picked and packed exactly and delivered on time.
- Daily check warehouse reports to monitor warehouse activities and ensure operation smoothly.
- Daily check and fix error transactions created via the system interface with 3PL.
- Check and approve for temperature & humidity control in the warehouse and make sure all are stored as required by law.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to assess the performance of the warehouse and third parties.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and well-maintained, including conducting regular inspections and making necessary repairs.
- Monitor and manage the use of warehouse equipment, including organizing repairs and maintenance as needed
- Conduct physical stock take and do stock reconciliation, stock destruction
- Verify all warehouse expenses billing submitted by a third party, confirm and get full approval from the Manager, and hand over for finance to pay for vendors.
- Other assignments.

**Qualification / Attributes**:

- Bachelor or intermediate degree in Pharmacy, General Medicine, or Biology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in facilities manufacturing vaccines or biologicals, wholesale, storage, testing, or research, vaccine and biological product management, vaccine, and biological product use, or pharmacy administration at pharmacy administration agencies.
- Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems.
- Strategic thinking ability to identify and implement plans to achieve goals.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with various levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving, project management, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with strong organizational capability.
- Coaching skills with strong self-awareness and ability to self-develop.
- Adaptability to change and ability to work flexibly across boundaries.
- Willingness to work on multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support urgent operations.
