- Support English trainer and teacher(s) in/out of class by helping in matters such as class management, giving extra help to students, providing extra support for teachers during class activities, etc.
- Closely monitor the students’ class attendance and learning progress and any class incidents and report to direct managers.
- Check students’ homework (answer keys provided) and track the submission rate.
- Contact students as needed or as requested by teachers/managers to discuss their learning and behaviour or other matters that require special’ attention.
- Answer queries from students, if relevant to your assigned tasks, in the best interest of both students and the company.
- Organize progress tests, student-teacher meetings and attend meetings, events as requested
- Other related tasks assigned by the English trainer.

**Qualifications**
- Experienced in teaching English and working with adult learners or working as an English teacher.
- Bachelor/associate degree in English, preferred in pedagogy.
- Effective communication skills
- Patient, enthusiastic; able to work independently and in a team.
