Tam Son International JSC is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of 30 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.
- Team management: Manage employees and assign work for team members./ _Quản lý bộ phận IT: Quản lý nhân sự, phân công công việc cho các thành viên trong nhóm._
- _Oversee the team’s implementation of tasks./ _Giám sát việc thực hiện các nhiệm vụ trong team._
- _Provide solutions to all complex IT-related challenges in company./ _Cung cấp giải pháp cho mọi thách thức phức tạp liên quan đến CNTT trong doanh nghiệp._
- Inspect, evaluate completed work or projects to ensure compliance with standards./ _Kiểm tra, đánh giá các công việc, dự án đã hoàn thành để đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn._
- _Conduct periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies./ _Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro định kỳ và bắt đầu các chiến lược kiểm soát rủi ro._
- _Gradually guide and train team members, motivating members to work towards common goals/ _Hướng dẫn, đào tạo các thành viên trong nhóm, thúc đẩy thành viên làm việc hướng tới mục tiêu chung._
- _Perform regular IT system checks to detect weaknesses and ly fix them/ _Thực hiện kiểm tra hệ thống IT thường xuyên để phát hiện ra các điểm yếu và khắc phục kịp thời_._
- _Conduct performance assessments of team members, and have improvement strategies when needed/ _Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu suất làm việc của các thành viên trong nhóm, có chiến lược cải thiện khi cần._
- Ensure that company data and information are protected from unauthorized access./ _Đảm bảo rằng dữ liệu và thông tin của công ty được bảo vệ khỏi các truy cập trái phép_.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of all IT equipment/ _Giám sát việc sửa chữa và bảo trì tất cả các thiết bị CNTT._
- _Coordinate with other departments to accomplish company goals./ _Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để hoàn thành mục tiêu của công ty._
- _Report regularly to BOD./ _Báo cáo thường xuyên cho ban lãnh đạo._

**Knowledge & Qualification/**_ Kiến thức và Bằng cấp:_**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors./ _Bằng cử nhân trở lên các chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc liên quan._
- Work experience of at least 5 years or more, previous experience as IT team leader is a plus./_ _Kinh nghiệm làm việc từ ít nhất 5 năm trở lên, từng làm trưởng nhóm IT là điểm cộng._
- Strong professional knowledge and skills in computer programming, network systems and hardware./ _Kiến thức, kỹ năng chuyên môn vững về lập trình máy tính, hệ thống mạng và phần cứng._
- Experience in IT in Retail Industry or company that has stores system is an advantage./ _Có kinh nghiệm về IT trong ngành Retail hoặc tại đơn vị có hệ thống nhiều cửa hàng là 1 lợi thế._
