Report to: Head of Oncology BU

Territory managed: South and Centre Vietnam

**Your Roles**:

- To direct and manage the activity of a field force team in assigned territory toward the achievement of the agreed product forecast & its KPIs and implementing operation practices in accordance with the company policy & strategic objectives in the assigned territories.
- Manage and develop Field Force (FF) team to ensure their competencies, behavior and performance are in line with company requirements.
- Provide on-the-job training & coaching to FF team members to ensure they have a good understanding of their territories, customers, marketing tactics and product knowledge, and achieve a high level of performance. Plan and coordinate the efforts of FF team toward the consistent achievement of business goals & KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing team, MAP team and involved medical managers to develop the business of designated products in the team’s territory via annual Business Plan of District Manager and annual Territory Action Plan, quarterly Key Account updates of FF team members.
- Sustain the relationships with existing key customers, develop new key customers and maintain complete, accurate and up to date records of both within the customer database.
- Contribute to the definition of targets & support the management to analyse sales volumes and potential in the assigned territories.
- Conduct regular team meetings, ensure proper and timely provision of reports from the team.
- Participate in divisional meetings and other company activities. Provide regular managerial reports and feedback on market information & key customers as required to ensure the achievement of the common goals.
- Attend all assigned training courses and development programs as required.

**Who you are**:

- Graduate in Pharmacist or Doctor at University.
- Good English communication.
- At least 4 - 6 years in pharmaceutical industry & 2 years in supervisor position.
- Located in Ho Chi Minh city, ready for travel across the assigned territories.
- Having good knowledge on the assigned territories, on company products, competitors & customers as well as good experience in Oncology area are preferred.

**Required skills and competencies**:

- Business and Team management skills (Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling), presentation skills, coaching skills.
- Strong customer relationships in the assigned markets (products & customers). Be familiar with the Sales tracker & Call monitoring softwares
