**Job description**:

- Develop and optimize the overall quality management procedures.
- Establish professional and effective working relationships with suppliers. Follow through supplier qualifications and Quality management processes. Follow up with supplier change management and supplier’s QMS improvements.
- Support with central quality manager to develop the related quality reports and do the analysis based on the quality data.
- Utilize QA tools to analysis the quality performance of suppliers and work closely with suppliers on improvements according to CAPA. Hold regular quality performance review meeting with major suppliers.
- Align and train supplier on the criterion / CTQ Check point of each Billerud project.
- Conduct quality inspection and work with suppliers solving problems in production to meet CTQ and delivery requirements.
- Knowledgeable of cross-function in implementation. Involvement with First-Article sampling, generating production, quality standard documentations, review graphics, and structure files.
- Handle Quality complains together with internal teams.
- Support with Central Quality manager to deliver the training with regional QAs.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties. Provide suggestions on quality cases to other regional QA teams. Provide support with regional QA team to resolve the complex problems.
- Conduct supplier QMS assessment on monthly basis and implement other assessment activities regarding to the supplier scorecard on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Conduct the annual quality assessment for major suppliers according to the plan, and work with sourcing and compliance team to conduct qualification audit for potential new suppliers.
- Work closely with customers which are in various industries wherever Billerud doing business within packaging area. Join the visits with CS or Account team to ensure customers’ needs are well comprehended.
- Join the core or brand teams and work with teams to improve the project quality management, maintain the good quality performance for all of projects.
- Assist in packaging optimizing with Product Design, Implementation and Suppliers in the programs like Size fitting, Pilot order and communication feedback. Provide the professional inputs form quality perspective.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- College degree or above
- 5 or above years of working experience in quality filed.
- In packaging industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge in QMS (Quality Management System) and QA Tools.
- Professional in Supplier Chain Quality management.
- Knowledgeable of packaging including corrugated shipping carton as well as litho-laminated packaging
- Knowledgeable in Flexo and Offset / Litho printing and color management.
- Thorough understanding of fiber-based packaging material and transportation testing - ISTA testing, ring crush, ECT, BST, BCT, etc.

- Service oriented personality -highly professional, courteous, friendly, and calm in stressful situations
- Team player
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy, ability to set goals, maintain focus and follow up.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills both in written and verbal English
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems independently and develop solutions
