**The Role**

The tasks include building training and education infrastructure in the country and being responsible for the delivery of product training.

The Training and Education Specialist is responsible to ensure that needs in local training and education programs are fulfilled (quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned courses, resource planning, know-how).

**Tasks**
- **
Internal Training and Customer Education (CE) plan**

Following Straumann business plan, be responsible for the development and implementation of Internal training and CE program, in response to new product launch and sales cycles, working closely together with the sales organization.

This includes participating in budget planning, activities plan, implementation, and evaluation on all internal training and CE activities.

Content development of Internal Training and Sales Support**
- Further development of equipment and adaptation of presentation material.
- Adapt sales training and demonstration materials.
- Contribute to the development of the education curriculum for customer trainings in the country.
- **
Planning, delivery and controlling of CE programs**
- Plan and monitor yearly, quarterly and monthly CE activities with ROI
measurement.
- Provide product trainings to customers and staff in order to support business growth (Instructor-led and self-administrated lectures and hands-on courses)
- Provide evaluation and monthly reports on trainings.

Content development of Customer Training**

Build up speaker development programs together with the Regional Training and Education Manager.

Technical main contact person for KOLs, Universities/Institutions and Associations.

**5. Universities Education Content**

Collaborate closely with Universities to provide and courses by helping them to develop the content and curriculum.

Identify ways to collaborate with the University to provide Master Class on Basic, Intermediate and advance courses.

**6. Dental staff programs (Assistants, Hygienists etc.)**

Design and execute a standardised dental team/staff training.

Work closely with sales team to conduct training for growth customers.

Reports to Marketing Manager Straumann Indochina

Dotted report line to APAC Heads T&E (Implants and Ortho)

**The Person**

- Education / Professional Experience
- Ideally has a degree as Dentist or Dental technician.
- 3 year or more in a similar function or role in a corporate environment
- Professional experience in adult education
- Vietnamese native speaker, proficient in spoken English (advanced)
- Personal / Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in delivering impactful trainings (internal and external)
- Experience in planning and executing events and training sessions.
- Customer focused and sense of hospitality.
- Comfortable to interact with different customer segments and profiles
- Self-motivated and player/learner
- Ability to build strong relationships to different customer segments through
effective communication and listening skills
