Act as a partner to the customers, a talent solution consultant helps the customers to realize, implement and utilize the Talent solutions to increase their people decisions’ quality.

**What does a successful Talent Solution Consultant Intern look like?**

**_ Presales_**
- Research about new trends in HR and HR-related fields trends and movements in assessment markets and related fields (HR, psychology, etc.) to become a knowledge hub.
- Prepare and create (blog post, Ebook, Whitepaper) about Talent and Talent -related topics

**_Sales_**

Assist senior consultants to
- Engage with customers: Advise customers on how to optimize the usage of a solution with their specific context, including cooperating with other Talent team members
- Develop and deliver customized solution training and on-going support to customers
- Understand deeply analyze customers’ needs, wants, pains, objectives, expectations and commitment levels

**_Support_**
- Provide and offer solutions to customers to engaging and meet their needs with our products

**_Others_**
- Assist with Marketing teams in producing high-quality content by providing insights and reviewing the content for on-going products
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader
