**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu, nội dung dự án từ phía khách hàng/ team ở Nhật.
- Thực hiện phân tích nội dung dự án, đưa ra ước tính thời gian và số lượng nhân sự, budget cần thiết cho dự án.
- Lên kế hoạch thực hiện và triển khai dự án, đảm bảo chất lượng và tiến độ dự án đúng cam kết với khách hàng.
- Quản lý, chỉ đạo trực tiếp, theo dõi team trong quá trình phát triển dự án (Team Offline, Freelance, Vendor)
- Giao tiếp, chia sẻ, training cho các team member để team member có thể phát triển thêm về kỹ năng làm dự án IT và kỹ năng mềm.
- Tìm hiểu các giải pháp hoặc tools để đề xuất cho công ty nhằm tối ưu công việc.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Từ 3 năm trở lên
- Tốt nghiệp từ cấp bậc Đại học trở lên ở chuyên ngành Computer Science, Information System hoặc có kinh nghiệm làm việc tương đương.
- Từng làm việc ở các dự án của Nhật hoặc Mỹ là một lợi thế.
- Có các chứng chỉ về quản lý dự án (Project Management Certificate) là một lợi thế.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các mô hình làm việc như Scrum/ Agile.
- Có khả năng đọc, viết tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật (Tiếng Anh TOEIC ít nhất 600, Tiếng Nhật từ N3) là một lợi thế lớn.
- Có khả năng trực tiếp thực hiện các công việc của team trong quá trình phát triển dự án như Dev, Testtuỳ theo kinh nghiệm của leader trong trường hợp cần thiết.
- Có khả năng học hỏi nhanh nhẹn, tích cực trong công việc.
- Có khả năng linh động thay đổi loại hình dự án.
- Chịu áp lực công việc, khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc với team, hoàn thành mục tiêu được giao đúng hạn.
- Độ tuổi: từ 25 tuổi trở lên
