Người đảm nhận vị trí có trách nhiệm:
'Đảm bảo thực hiện đúng, đủ Quy trình và các thủ tục kiểm soát theo quy trình, quy định.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
'1.Thực hiện triển khai kế hoạch hoạt động của nhóm theo định hướng hoạt động của bộ phận.
2. Tham gia xây dựng các quy trình, hướng dẫn về nghiệp vụ của bộ phận và các đơn vị khác
3. Thực hiện các hoạt động của nhóm tuân thủ các chính sách, quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn nội bộvà cam kết chất lượng dịch vụ (SLAs).
4. Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng nhóm, GĐ KSTC, GĐ cao cấp KSTC

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
(*) Chức năng Xác minh số dư:
1. Tham gia xây dựng quy trình, thủ tục xác minh số dư tài khoản kế toán tại tất cả các đơn vị hạch toán kế toán trên toàn hệ thống
2. Thực hiện Quy trình xác minh số dư; đảm bảo quy trình được thực hiện hiệu quả
3. Theo dõi và đôn đốc các bộ phận xử lý các tồn đọng trên các tài khoản trung gian theo mảng phụ trách
4. Định kỳ triển khai các chuyên đề kiểm soát chuyên sâu các nghiệp vụ nhằm đánh giá các chốt kiểm soát và rủi ro trong hạch toán kế toán
5. Định kỳ triển khai các đợt đánh giá và tư vấn về chốt kiểm soát và rủi ro trọng yếu đối với số liệu và khung quản trị tài chính tại các công ty con
6. Tham gia xây dựng các nguyên tắc kiểm soát cho việc ghi nhận số liệu tài chính trong các quy trình/ sản phẩm mới
7. Thiết kế các chốt kiểm soát tự động phát hiện sớm các bất thường và rủi ro trọng yếu

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Bằng cấp: Có trình độ Đại học và được đào tạo chuyên sâu về kinh tế, tài chính, ngân hàng tại các trường đại học trong nước và quốc tế;
- Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm kế toán tại Ngân hàng hoặc Công ty Kiểm toán
- Tiếng Anh: TOEIC tối thiểu 550 hoặc tương đương
- Kỹ năng công nghệ: Power BI nâng cao; SQL;Power query excel; python...
