**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
1. Coaching the working processes and procedures follow by the professional competence in charge.
2. Implement the group's work plan according to the department's orientation.
3. Participate in developing and instructing the professional processes of internal department and other units.
4. Carry out the group's work in compliance with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc. and service quality commitments (SLAs).
5. Other tasks as assigned by the team leader, Finance control director, senior Finance control director.

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:
(*) Account Reconciliation
1. Participate in account reconciliation procedure and process for all accounting units in TCB.
2. Implement account reconciliation process in the whole bank to ensure that the process is conducted effectively.
3. Monitor and urge the account owners to handle overdue transactions/ outstanding transactions in the suspense accounts.
4. Manage the use of intermediary accounts effectively according to professional competence in charge.
(*) Accounting system control
1. Perform balance sheet monitoring to detect material system or human errors on accounting systems
2. Coordinate with related units to handle errors affecting financial data
3. Controlling the interface of financial data between systems
4. Monitor installation rules for financial data recognition on accounting systems
5. Coordinate with Branch Operations, CA to check, detect and prevent money loss risks to limit losses for the bank according to professional competence in charge.
(*) Head Office accounting control
1. Deploy processes, methods and procedures for accounting booking control at Head Office Units
2. Implement accounting control and accounting vouchers at Head Office units. Coordinating implementation of improvement initiatives on document management and storage.
3. Identify incorrections and errors arising in accounting control activities at Head Office units.
4. Implement control according to the set of accounting control criteria and accounting vouchers for business segments in Head Quater follow Professional Handbook.
(*) Financial control assurance:
1. Participate in control procedures on financial data to monitor abnormal fluctuations and potential operational risks
2. Participate in the development of control rules for financial data recognition of new processes/products
3. Deploy automatic control points in systems
4. Implement the principles of accounting and financial data interface among systems
5. Participate in the implementation of operational risk and compliance for Finance Division

**Key Relationships - Internal Stakeholders**:

- CSA division: Branches, transaction units throughout the TCB system and other departments (account owners and subaccount owners)
- WB, BB, PFS division
- Internal Audit Department
- Legal department compliance control
- Departments in the Financial Planning Division
- Branch operator, IT unit, card unit, business processing unit, capital transaction operator and other units...

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Degree: Having a university degree and intensive training in economics, finance, banking at domestic and international universities;
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting at
- Experience in accounting fraud prevention unit. Preference will be given to those who have experience in controlling bank documents, or have experience in working with the Bank's corbanking system.
- English: TOEIC minimum 550 or equivalent
