- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources, such as training manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and quizzes.
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for sales personnel, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
- Utilize various training methodologies, such as role-playing, simulations, case studies, and group activities, to enhance learning outcomes and retention.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery based on feedback and results.
- Align resources and ensure all the sales programs are implemented effectively
- Establish and maintain a structured auditing process to assess sales performance, adherence to sales processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on audit findings, emphasizing best practices, sales strategies, and areas of development.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop action plans and training initiatives to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in sales training and auditing, and incorporate relevant insights into training programs.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in the Ed-Tech/ Education industry.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful sales training programs that drive performance improvement and business results.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable training content.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and multimedia software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize training effectiveness and sales performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
