**What you will do**:
**Customer Acquisition**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, community, event, ) to drive lead generation and brand awareness;
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and ROI;
- Develop and manage promotional offers, including free trials, discounts, and referral incentives, to attract and retain customers;
- Provide regular insights/reports/reflections with evidence and rationale, and execute recommendations;

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to understand target customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape;
- Identify customer pain points and needs to inform product positioning and messaging strategies;

**Product Education**
- Convey product values to different customer segments/industries (e.g., small businesses/enterprises, Retail/FnB, ) across all marketing channels;
- Create and manage content across various formats including website blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos,...;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new features and updates;

**Budget & Supplier management**
- Manage and optimize an annual marketing budget across self-serving and outsourced services;
- In charge of sourcing & managing suppliers to ensure quality and value for money;

**Sales Enablement & Partnership support**
- Support sales teams in developing sales collaterals and events;
- Support business development in identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities with partnering platforms, industry influencers/experts,...

**What you will need**:

- Strong experience in product or digital marketing, preferably in tech industry;
- Strong mindset of using data and evidence in decision-making;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English fluency and Public speaking skill are must-have;
- Project management and cross-function coordination skills;
- Understanding of business messaging platforms or related products (CRM, CDP, Omnichannel, Automation, API systems, ) is a huge advantage;
- Being proactive, open-minded and can-do.
