Mô tả Công việc

1.1. Lập kế hoạch:

- Lập kế hoạch hoạt động từng tháng, quý cho Shopee và Tiktok Shop của thương hiệu Rong biển Genkai.
- Đề xuất các phương án marketing, truyền thông để tăng lượng đơn hàng, tăng doanh thu trên sàn TMĐT.

1.2. Vận hành sàn TMĐT:

- Phụ trách vận hành chính cho kênh Shopee và Tiktok Shop của Rong Biển Genkai.
- Quản lý và cập nhật sản phẩm trên gian hàng sàn Shopee và Tiktok.
- Tham gia các chương trình của sàn TMĐT.
- Kiểm tra hình ảnh, nội dung thay đổi cho phù hợp với chủ đề gian hàng và từng chiến dịch MKT.
- Đóng gói đơn hàng, kiểm tra tình trạng, xử lý đơn hàng, các khiếu nại của khách hàng.
- Thực hiện chạy quảng cáo nội sàn, đảm bảo doanh số, tăng doanh thu.
- Tổ chức thực hiện các chiến dịch, chương trình livestream tăng doanh số cho sàn.
- Tối ưu các chỉ số trong shop đạt mức tốt nhất (tỷ lệ phản hồi, đơn hủy, hoàn trả.... ).
- Phối hợp tham gia các chiến dịch khuyến mãi mà BD/KAM cung cấp.
- Đề xuất tham gia những chương trình độc quyền của sàn với BD/KAM.

2.1. Trình độ chuyên môn:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành marketing, TMĐT, quảng cáo, đối ngoại, truyền thông, quản trị kinh doanh.

2.2. Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

- Có kinh nghiệm marketing, từ 1 đến 2 năm trở lên trong vai trò vận hành sàn TMĐT.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm vận hành Tiktok Shop và setup livestream.
- Có đam mê và hiểu biết về ecommerce.
- Có kinh nghiệm phối hợp cùng các phòng ban, đơn vị agency/nhà cung cấp.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực FMCG.

2.3. Kỹ năng:

- Có khả năng đọc hiểu, nắm bắt tốt các chiến lược kinh doanh từ cấp trên giao xuống.
- Có khả năng lập kế hoạch hành động cho các chương trình, chiến dịch marketing, ecommerce.
- Có kiến thức, kỹ năng vận hành các sàn TMĐT.
