Business Development Intern

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our global expansion in IT Outsourcing, with a particular focus on the Australian market or Asia market and other English-speaking regions. This position is ideal for proactive, business-oriented students or recent graduates who wish to gain practical experience in international business development and IT sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis on target regions (Australia or Asia and other English-speaking countries).
- Support in building proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Assist with lead generation, client communication, and partnership development.
- Prepare reports and track performance metrics using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align business opportunities with delivery capacity.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong interest in international business and IT outsourcing.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - equivalent to IELTS 7.0+.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in International Business, Economics, or related majors (e.g., RMIT, UEH, FTU) with GPA ≥ 7.5/10.
- Proactive, confident, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation will be considered a plus.
- Availability for a full-time internship.
