**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 10 - 20 triệu VNĐ)
- Tham gia tư vấn và triển khai dự án phần mềm TMĐT trên đa nền tảng Web, App (Android, IOS)
- Hỗ trợ giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng khi sử dụng vận hành phần mềm
- Ghi nhận các ý kiến của khách hàng và các bên liên quan để cải tiến phần mềm
- Chuẩn bị các tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, đào tạo cho khách hàng các tính năng phần mềm
- Làm việc với đội phát triển để cải tiến, nâng cấp phần mềm
- Kiểm tra phần mềm, đảm bảo chất lượng hệ thống, quy trình khi triển khai

**Chức vụ**: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Lương: 10.000.000đ - 20.000.000đ + Thưởng dự án, theo hiệu quả kinh doanh

- Hỗ trợ và đào tạo tối đa giúp nhân sự nắm vững kiến thức, phát triển và hoàn thiện các kỹ năng đáp ứng công việc
- Review lương 2 lần / năm
- Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13
- Đảm bảo đầy đủ các chế độ phúc lợi, các hoạt động team building, du lịch hàng năm và các chương trình văn hóa sôi động của Công ty

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại một trong các vị trí Software Support, Tester hoặc Business Analyst Tư duy logic và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Có khả năng viết các tài liệu mô tả giao diện, tính năng sản phẩm và hướng dẫn sử dụng rõ ràng, mạch lạc, dễ hiểu
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, cởi mở, thân thiện
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm hiệu quả
