**What you will be responsible for**:

- Develop quality control processes, specifications, standards, and records based on the company's quality policies and guidelines to provide standard references for quality management.
- Participate in the formulation of the company's quality management standards and lead the development and optimization of cross-departmental quality control processes.
- Manage the entire quality process for product and material design, trial production verification, NPI (New Product Introduction), and mass production, including quality planning and control.
- Develop and implement quality management for product and raw material reliability, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), and safety regulation testing.
- Lead quality improvement projects for the assigned product lines and address market issues to ensure quality targets are met.
- Take full responsibility for the entire production quality management process in the assigned country or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) factory, ensuring the achievement of quality objectives and results.

**How you will stand out**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Applied Electronics, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in material, product quality, R&D, project, or process management in the manufacturing industry, particularly in computer hardware, communication equipment, and related fields. Experience in industries such as computers, servers, network devices, and consumer electronics is preferred.
- Excellent team management and training skills, with strong cross-departmental communication, promotion, and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, with experience in implementing these standards within a company.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in quality management, with the ability to quickly familiarize with products and optimize quality tools, models, and processes to rapidly improve quality.
- Familiarity with the seven QC tools, Six Sigma, SPC/CPK, MSA, FMEA, variance analysis, regression analysis, DOE, and other quality management techniques.
- Strong cost awareness, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and excellent planning and execution abilities.
