**What you will do**:

- Lead and make final decisions on the overall UI/UX direction of assigned products, ensuring a unified, user-centered experience;
- Define and drive design strategy that aligns with business goals, product vision, and user insights;
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Graphic Designers to shape both the user experience and visual identity of the product;
- Partner with Graphic Design to set the image and creative direction (illustration, motion, tone) that enhances the brand presence within the product;
- Build and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms;
- Conduct and oversee design validation, usability testing, and research activities to ensure decisions are data-informed and user-driven;
- Lead visual research and trend exploration to keep design direction fresh and relevant;
- Mentor and review the work of designers, fostering system thinking and continuous improvement across the team;
- Advocate for design quality and communicate design rationale effectively across stakeholders.

**What you will need**:

- Strong ability to think in systems — connecting user needs, product flows, and design principles into a cohesive experience across platforms;
- Ability to translate insights from research, testing, and validation into actionable design strategies that improve both user experience and visual consistency;
- Proven ability to make strategic design decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and brand expression;
- Experience leading cross-functional design initiatives and building scalable design systems;
- Ability to connect product logic, visual identity, and user emotion into cohesive experiences;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills that elevate the design team’s impact.
