**ABOUT THE POSITION**

As a Finance lead, you will be key in supporting the Studio Manager with reporting and analysis for decision making and helping the organization in exceeding its goals.

To be successful in this role, you would need to have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be analytical, and proactive in continuous process improvement.
- Month end financial closing for Statutory (Stat) book reporting.
- Lead the annual stat book audit with local CPA firm.
- Prepare Stat book financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance of financial policies and processes.
- Prepare and oversee tax filings for CIT, VAT, etc.
- Handle different tax inquiries, tax audit.
- Review and analyze monthly financials and key performance indicators to provide insights to different stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting/rolling forecast timely, efficiently and effectively.
- Be a business partner to the Studios production team, other departments and mgmt.
- Development and implementation of best financial practices in the Studio.
- Perform variance analysis on monthly basis to generate reports for management.
- Prepare cashflow forecast, monitor and control disbursement.
- Oversee and manage fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
- Other ad hoc financial analysis tasks as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance.
- Chief Accountant certification is required.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience; experience in the art outsourcing or creative industry is a plus.
- Solid MS Office skills especially in pivot table and spreadsheet modelling.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 /Power BI is preferred.
- Prior experience in a multinational company as Finance Lead or Chief Accountant is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered accounting or financial automation tools is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and responsibility, ability to work in multicultural group.
- Analytical, meticulous and deadline driven.
