**Responsibilities**
- Maintain detailed product documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and solutions.
- Validate features with stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Take ownership of smaller features or lead specific tasks.
- Support managers in data collection and management.
- Support customers and provide assistance.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

**Your skills and experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for clear, concise collaboration.
- Have a customer-focused mindset to ensure products meet market needs.
- Bring creativity and innovation to drive new ideas and improvements.
