DAILY
- Check rate code (Pricing structure) set up in the system for any time of price changing or nay Promotion
- Check Room rate variance to ensure no booking below reserved rate
- Check the accuracy of meal plan, breakfast package, breakfast breakdown, laundry from Room rate
- Check arrival list to ensure no show charge has posted into the system properly
- Waive off income, Complimentary, Upgrade, House use, Day use, Early check in, Late check out must obtain the approval from the authorized
- Check commission rate and commission fee of every OTA booking to ensure commissions was recorded and reported to Tax authority properly
- Resolves issues relevant tax invoices of room charge from short stay guest
- Check payment by Accommodation voucher
- Weekly check master key management of Security and Housekeeping Department

MONTHLY
- Prepare VAT report and reconciliation for room charge invoices
- Prepare actual revenue report (MTD, YTD) variances to PPU and Budget
- Verify OTA commission report for month end closing
- Periodically review Pricing in Protel to ensure de-active the out of date pricing
- Refund the deposit or booking cancellation to Short stay guest
